After deploying to the field at approx 1130 hours on Friday the men quickly gathered resources and set out to find a home for the next few days. After patrolling through the recently shelled battlefield a suitable bunker was discovered and was occupied. With limited supplies we were able to successfully create a well defend-able and livable location. After receiving reinforcements the bunker was fortified and fighting positions were created. On Saturday morning at approx 0880 hours we were joined by fellow comrades. Before the beer could be passed out we were engaged by a small enemy patrol. We quickly set observers on a hill and and watched as our comrades were killed by the enemy. Taking action with our own men and performing a aggressive flanking maneuver the enemy was out positioned and destroyed.
After returning to report of our victory, enemy reinforcements had begun harassing our remaining patrols, we again set out to stop the filthy pig dog Americans in there tracks. However due to the well dug in enemy heavy losses were accrued, but retreating was not an option. With outstanding bravery from all and quick thinking from our leadership, the enemy was quickly time and time again out maneuvered and destroyed. The enemy was pushed all the way to the edge of the forest before the last pockets of resistance were crushed.
The morale of the men was high as were returned to our forward position. Only to find it occupied by the enemy. After suffering losses heavy fighting and taking ground slowly the enemy was pushed back to their soon to be tomb. Our expert snipers were utilized and the enemy was dispatch accordingly. Upon the bunker being re-taken, the remaining enemy forces in the area had retreated and victory was confirmed.
