Customs and Mannerisms | Language and Commands | Military Districts

An important part of the impression in this hobby, especially during public events, is the accurate portrayal of a German soldier's life and customs. We ask our unit members to use a German accent when speaking with the public, and at the least be familiar with German battle and formation commands, as these are the only ones used in both public and tactical battle. We do encourage our members to learn as much about the German culture and language as possible, because it greatly adds to your immersive experience as well as the educational impression for the public. We've given you a basic platform to get started here, but obviously encourage you to go above and beyond this information. Events are made with authentic foods, regional wines and liquors, cultural mannerisms and great ethnic music. Talk to any of our experienced unit members for advice on the growth of your all-around impression; they will be glad to help!
